By accessing or using ShortlistFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

ShortlistFlow is a hiring automation platform. You may use it to upload resumes, evaluate candidates, and generate screening questions for lawful recruitment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates any law or third-party rights
• Discriminate against candidates on any protected characteristic
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Upload resumes without the candidate's knowledge where required by law

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting us at business@imrozsolutions.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShortlistFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ImrozSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ImrozSolutions operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
